Campus Change Request
Rules:A student may request for the Campus Change up to a maximum of once per month with proper reasons.
The University requires a minimum of 3 working days to process the request after completion of the laid down procedure.
Procedure:In order to request for Campus Change, follow the steps below:From within the LMS, click the
Student Services button
Click on the
Campus Change Request link
A form showing three options (
Campus, At Home and Overseas) will be displayed
Select your desired option
In case of Campuso Select the New Campus
o Enter the reason for the change
In Case of At Homeo Select the Campus where you would like to appear for your examinations
o Enter the reason for the change
In case of Overseaso Select the Country
o Select your status as campus based or home based (
only available options will be displayed)
* In case of Campus, select the Campus from drop down list.
o Enter the following information
* City
* Address
* Phone No
* Ticket No
* Traveling Date
* Reason for change
Click the
Submit Request button.

Note: In case you want to make any change(s)/withdraw your request, click the Withdraw Request link on the form and start again)
